About This Grant
The U.S. Embassy Buenos Aires announces an open competition for organizations to serve as a Grant Administrator for a program supporting twelve (12) Binational Centers (BNCs) across Argentina. The selected recipient will administer a total of $57,000 USD in subawards to BNCs, ensuring compliance with U.S. government grant regulations and advancing shared U.S.-Argentina cultural and educational objectives. Binational Centers are key institutional partners that promote mutual understanding between the United States and Argentina through English language instruction, cultural programming, and community engagement. This program advances U.S. foreign policy priorities by promoting economic prosperity by improving the capacity to teach English to local population and foster stronger U.S.-Argentina cooperation. The Embassy seeks proposals from qualified Binational Centers capable of administering, monitoring and implementing programs that produces measurable gains in participant knowledge and promotes high-impact public diplomacy programming.
